Gregory Ellison, M.D. has been in private practice since 1982. He graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in 1979, completed his residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Doctor Ellison is board certified in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Doctor Ellison has served on a number of professional organizations including the Maricopa County Medical Society. He was the head of the Family Practice Department for Banner Desert Medical Center from 1996 to 2001. Doctor is an active member of the Arizona Medical Association, the Arizona Society of Addiction Medicine and is the current President of the Desert Physicians Association.

Heather Leazer, P.A. received her degree as a Physician Assistant from the Arizona School of  Health Sciences in 2004. In 2001 she received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Truman State University.
