Gregory Ellison, M.D. has been in private practice since 1982. He graduated from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in 1979, completed his residency at Good Samaritan Medical Center and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Doctor Ellison has served on a number of professional organizations including the Maricopa County Medical Society. He was the head of the Family Practice Department for Banner Desert Medical Center from 1996 to 2001, is an active member of the Arizona Medical Association and is the current President of the Desert Physicians Association.

Heather Leazer, P.A. received her degree as a Physician Assistant from Arizona School of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree from Truman State University.
